Angela brings nearly 10 years of experience in the audiology field, with a strong background in front desk administration, patient outreach, and digital marketing. Her experience includes connecting with prospective patients through community events and online engagement efforts. She holds degrees in Advertising Design and Paralegal Studies, combining creativity, organization, and exceptional communication skills in her role.

Angela is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient throughout their hearing journey. She greets patients, manages phone communications, maintains patient records, submits insurance claims, and oversees accounts receivable with professionalism and care.

Outside of the office, Angela enjoys baking, working on a variety of craft projects, photography, and spending quality time with her family.
