Meet Nancy Schwandner

Nancy grew up in Cincinnati and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.  She earned her Business Administration degree in Marketing.  After having the opportunity to support her husband’s start-up business and stay at home to raise their three boys, she re-entered the marketplace.  Because of her desire to help others, especially seniors, she served two large non-profit senior communities doing philanthropy work and managing a volunteer program.

A few of the responsibilities Nancy performs as the manager for Concepts in Hearing include scheduling appointments, submitting claims, billing, communication with hearing aid manufacturers, organize marketing events and build relationships with patients.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family and 5 grandchildren. She also likes growing vegetables and flowers, cooking, and using her creative skills to make handmade gifts for friends and family.
