Who We Are
We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Concepts in Hearing, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Our Provider

Lisa Rademacher, MA, F-AAA
Audiologist/Owner
Lisa Rademacher, licensed audiologist and owner of Concepts in Hearing, has a bachelors degree in Communication Disorders from Indiana University and a masters degree in Audiology from Ball State University. She has more than 20 years experience in evaluating hearing impairments in children and adults, fitting hearing instruments and assistive listening devices, and dispensing custom earmolds and specialty earplugs. Before she owned Concepts in Hearing, she worked at Comprehensive Concepts in Speech and Hearing for 14 years. Lisa is active as an audiologist in her professional community, licensed in Ohio, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is also a member of the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a member of the Better Business Bureau. In addition to working with the community, Lisa enjoys traveling, reading, playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.

Brice Coolidge, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Brice Coolidge, Au.D., licensed audiologist, has a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from the University of Cincinnati, and a doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati. He has two years of clinical experience in pediatric and adult hearing assessments, vestibular testing, fitting hearing instruments and assistive listening devices, and dispensing custom earmolds and specialty earplugs. Before working at Concepts in Hearing, he served his patients at a large ENT practice in the Dayton, Ohio area. Brice is active as an audiologist in his professional community, licensed in Ohio, and holds certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In his free time, Brice likes to enjoy the outdoors with his wife and his dog, Nellie. He also likes to work on carpentry projects using skills learned from his father. Brice is an avid watersports fan, wakeboarding and wakesurfing in the summers. Brice is happy to serve the hearing needs of the greater Cincinnati area here at Concepts In Hearing!

Nancy Schwandner
Office Manager
Nancy grew up in Cincinnati and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She earned her Business Administration degree in Marketing. After having the opportunity to support her husband’s start-up business and stay at home to raise their three boys, she re-entered the marketplace. Because of her desire to help others, especially seniors, she served two large non-profit senior communities doing philanthropy work and managing a volunteer program.
